In the upcoming Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, players will no longer be able to level up by taking inappropriate photos of female characters.First reported by Famitsu, the game is removing the “Erotica” category within its photography mechanic. In the original Dead Rising, players could earn PP, or Prestige Points, by taking photos in various categories. PP can then be used to increase Frank’s abilities. Some categories include “Horror” when lots of zombies are present in the shot, or “Brutality” when there’s gore and carnage around. The “Erotica” category includes taking shots of upskirts or cleavage.

This year’s D23 started with Disney revealing some details about the forthcoming Avengers ride, set for the Disney California Adventure park at Disneyland Resort. The ride, which will come as part of Phase 2 of Avengers Campus, will have guests teaming up with the Avengers as they take on bad guys across the multiverse.GameSpot was on hand as we got a first look at the vehicle for the ride which looks, on the surface, to operate similar to the Transformers and Spider-Man rides at Universal Studios’ domestic theme parks.

Developer Free Range Games has announced that Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria will be coming to Xbox Series X|S and Steam on August 27, along with a bevy of new features.Titled the Golden Update, cross-play will be implemented on all platforms, so PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and Epic users will be able to host games with each other.
